These look interesting. Some ideas below...

As an assignment, will this blog post be marked? If so, is the mark for the content (wikis and crowdpower) or is the student being marked on setting up a blog and making a word post on a blog? Without knowing this it's hard to write objectives maybe you have both in mind here. For instance,

objectives might be:
1) Describe the power of crowds as demonstrated in wikis.
2) Compare and contrast how wikis are used in different situations and for different purposes.
3) Analyze the pros and cons of wikis as a vehicle for participation.

Outcomes:
Q. what is it you want them to learn here? This will feed back into the objectives.
